What is a Business Model?
I got into a conversation with a friend about finance and had asked about the business model of what he was trying to set up. There was a bit of ambiguity, so I decided to do a really short video of business model basics and the #BusinessModelCanvas which is a great tool for thinking through a business model.

That was a neat one: dog food is not bought by dogs and diapers are not bought by babies; the targets are dog-lovers and mothers. This suddenly changes everything. It's like playing the player and not the card in a card game.
